TELEPHONE SURVEYS

We contact potential respondents the old fashioned way. We manually dial their phone numbers by hand and we never use computer aided dialing. Of course CATI systems obtain a higher hourly call rate but we get a higher completion rate and that's better for our clients.  When we dial a phone number the respondent will never hear that annoying 3-5 second gap before someone speaks. Our results are more indicative and translatable to the total market.
